Interesting history on those cars. Both are Budd built smoothside cars. The first is ex-UP 44 seat coach (Budd 1961), the second what appears to be an ex-PRR 21 roomette car, which was later re-configured to a coach. The other interesting thing is that the original corrogated stainless roofs have been replaced with smooth panels. The blue and grey color scheme is quite attractive.

4715 and train came up to Grand Rapids Michigan from Chicago last week,  but they sent it back to Chicago as they would not allow it on the Plymouth Sub to the east side of the state,  a sub CSX wants to get rid of bad as they run so few trains on it anymore.
