Meanwhile, Conrail's YPCA15 was putting CSX Q418 together in Camden with ES40DC 5381 and SD60M 8767 and 8757.

I just missed it on Cleveland Ave ... it was still sitting crewless on 18 Support ...

both 60M units are ex Cons
