Harpooning My Green Whale
Author: TrainCatcher

The Norfolk Southern Heritage Erie unit was the last one on my list to capture in good light.  Found out that it was headed this way last night leading 34N and hoped for a chance this morning.  Up and ready to go at first light but lots of clouds in the skies to the east.  I went anyway and found enough breaks in the clouds to get a couple decent images.  Fellow TO member rrartist happened to be on a roadtrip and was standing next to me for this shot taken near Man on the former Wabash south of Butler, Indiana this morning.

Nice shot and the cloud formation adds to it...

Great image, almost looks like the clouds are emanating from the Erie's exhaust.

Thanks for the comments.  The clouds definitely add a lot to the image.
