Regarding request last week for other photos. At Lake George and coming off the branch at Fort Edward.

Great shots for the society archives.  I now realize I stood at the same spot years ago as shown in photo #2 and didn't realize the track to the left was the Lake George branch.  Learn something every day.  Thanks for posting.

Love it!!  Looks like you can step off the train at Lake George right onto a skating rink!!  What I would give to go back in time and take that train to Lake George...

The Fort Edward station is still nicely preserved, as seen here in Google Maps.  (click on the word "here")
