Pretty sure this was territory operated by just Pan Am and not part of the Pan Am Southern territory.  I don't think south of East Deerfield was part of the Norfolk Southern/Pan Am agreement.  Am I wrong?

Yes.  Most of the Connecticut trackage is part of PAS.

Yup.  They own to the diamond in Springfield, MA; run on Amtrak with trackage rights to North Berlin. From there, they own the run to the yard in Plainville, serving several industries as far south as Southington. They run as far west as Waterbury and have rights on MNRR on the Waterbury branch.

The trackage is in typical PAS/PAR/GTI "standard".
