Eastern Railroad Discussion > NS 4002 and NS 4000 NS 55WDate: 12/23/16 17:08 NS 4002 and NS 4000 NS 55W Author: dantat13 Hi guys,
Was curious if this 55W is heading towards Illinois again? Heads up is much appreciated! There was a 55W last week with NS CNJ 1071 that went to Homer, IL. I am from Decatur looking to catch this if it comes my way. Thanks! Date: 12/24/16 04:27 Re: NS 4002 and NS 4000 NS 55W Author: Shooter IL seems to be a common route for 55W based on past history.

NS will drop the train off then a Wheeling crew will take it to the Sunrise COOP at Clarksfield, Ohio. Toledopatch can probably comment on this too.

Although it is interesting to me that the last few 55Ws have originated in Winston-Salem rather than Loudon. In other words, the symbol doesn't seem to indicate, for sure, either the origin or the destination. Go figure. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 12/24/16 09:14 by toledopatch.
