Does the East End tower at Cicero control the switches into and out of Cicero or does the Union Ave. dispatcher? TIA

If not mistaken, the Union Avenue dispatcher controls that switches from Union Avenue to Cicero "B" interlocking. Third trick and on weekends, the East End dispatchers has control.
