"Off" Day at Tenbridge
Author: livefastjohnny

Although today was a holiday on my official work calendar I spent much of it on calls and emails.  After lunch I did try my luck at what was supposedly good fishing and after a couple of hours with nary I bite I decided to lock up my gear and grab some train pics.  This was the last of 4 trains I caught in about an hour and a half.  I was joined at the bottom of the south side of the bridge by a friendly NS employee who was sent to watch for a defect at the end of the train.  He did so by climbing the stairs we discussed on one of my last Tenbridge threads.  None was found and the train resumed travel approximately ten minutes later.

1.  8068 leading.  Not a super technical shot but I liked the light for January.
2.  Span of the bridge with the stopped train.  I like this because you can see the bridge lift towers as well as the Chickamauga Dam and Lock.
