A couple from the LIRC

Got a couple this afternoon of a northbound Louisville & Indiana train. With welded rail and new ballast now in place courtesy of CSX they're a fast paced railroad. A year ago in the about thirty mile stretch between Jeffersonville and Scottsburg one could easily photogragh them several times. Today I barely got them twice. Images are from Speed and Scottsburg Indiana.

Remember when pulled over just tell the officer that the sign at the edge of town said Speed!
