NS Jewell Ridge back in use?

I recently took a trip to Buchanan County... what a place to railfan... Home Creek Grade was impressive.

I drove up Jewell Ridge and was surprised to see lit signals and rails that appeared recently used. Has NS returned this grade to Richlands back to use?
