Ok, what do I mean by strange. Well the way UP 1996 is is strange. How you may ask? Well here's why. 

Last year on Feb 28th, 2016 - 1996 trailed on L091 into Chicago. 2/29/16 was spotted in Neb. Well around a week later he was spotted in Neb heading back east and arrived in Chicago on 3/11/16. Anyway he went east on NS M8A to Bellevue and then onto 310 to go to NY state to do local work and head back west on 309 a week later. Anyway, would it be strange if that happened the same way again? Anyway, here's the only photo I got of 1996 and that was on 309 in Madison Ohio on Tuesday March 22nd, 2016 at 8:38PM.
