I've lived and worked in Delray Beach, Fl. for 12 years,  across the street from the FEC. Have enjoyed watching the AAF construction. This 2 story property has my office and one BR apt. I like to downsize in my later years.
Also have wonderful buildable lot for sale in Hyndman, Pa. adjacent to CSX. Looking at the Sandpatch Cam, the lot is where the tracks curve to the left at the end of view.  
Lot has water, sewer and power and is cleared. $17K....... Call 561-272-9086 or email to rickbarc33@aol.com  if interested. I'll throw in the Deign and Construction Documents if you want to build. I've designed some very cool RR Architecture.

Property is at corner of George St. and Washington St. on West side of CSX
Google Earth
39 49' 18'' N
78 43' 13' W
On aerial shot by Cinder it's a very Green Lot across CSX from Baseball field.
at Street corner.
Lot is cleared....
