BNSF leading K143 on B&O yesterdayy

BNSF leader yesterday at Shenandoah Junction, WV, today across Ohio.  Not sure if this is a one off thing, or they are starting to route empty oil back on the B&O again.

I've seen a number of empty tank trains on the B&O Philly Sub heading to Baltimore.  BNSF units are not uncommon. I understood loads to Philly come in via NY and go west on the B&O via MD.
