NS: Where is the cut point between the new Hagerstown desk on the Harrisburg Div. And the Crewe dispatcher on the Virginia Div.?
CSXT: Who dispatches Cumberland to Grafton now.?

The BF desk in Baltimore controls the former B&O between Huntington, WV and Cumberland.

Shenandoah, VA. And there is no more Virginia Division. From there south is dispatched by the Pocahontas Division Shenandoah Dispatcher in Roanoke.
