NS 234 at Waverly, taken in the 'Scene' setting by accident
Author: tq-07fan

I'll be honest. I let the camera do the thinking part of the time and am always amazed at the results it comes up with. Yesterday coming back from visiting family in Portsmouth area my dad and I stopped for food bringing it to the former N & W tracks on the broad curve in Waverly Ohio. Since I was eating I left the camera in what I though was the No Flash automatic setting. When I shot the lens didn't show the correct focusing and I didn't realize that I had clicked the thing over into Scene which comes out really dark on the screen of the camera. I took those images and put them through the Auto Smart Fix sett ting on Photoshop to see what happens and here are the results. Still not sure what the Scene setting is supposed to accomplish but with editing the pictures came out OK enough?
1) Unaltered other than resizing.
2-3) Auto Smart Fix

The "Auto Smart Fix" did a good job.
Thanks for posting these.

That did in fact do the trick with that.  Amazing pics.
