The former Lehigh Valley Owego, New York, station looks in great shape. Does the railroad use it?

Yes, I think the exLV station is being used by the short line. No one was there in the station on Sunday when I was visiting the area.

I like how that switcher is old but has a new horn on top, either a P3 or J3 horn.

The horn on 40 is a P3 but it has been modified by my late friend Elwood Belknap. Elwood used to be the regular engineer on 40 when it was used on the Tioga Scenic Railway, and the Tioga Central out of Owego.
