NS #4003 and Citi Rail #1502

I saw the NS #4003 ( Maroon trimmed mane) leading N21 south to load at Bailey mine with 100 FURX hoppers this morning in West Brownsville, PA. Also #1502 was leading a tied down loaded coal train with CSX hoppers in Brownsville, PA. facing South. Load-out at Bailey is a loop so #4003 will still be up front.

Thanks John. The 4003 sounds like it will turn into a 740 for North Carolina...
