After sitting in Quakertown, Pa for a couple of weeks which generated all kinds of speculation and misinformation GMTX MP15 #331 worked with ESPN GE B23-7 #3153 to bring cars north from Telford today. First photos at the former Reading Company passenger station in Quakertown which has been nicely restored by the way.

Nice Dale. I remember the RDC and the ore trains that once passed this location. We always seemed to be stopped by an ore train returning at this crossing returning from visiting family in the Lehigh Valley. Memories.

Northbound move at State Road near Sellersville and the last two struggling up the 4-mile 1.1% Perkasie Grade at Rockhill, Pa, a spot that I photographed many a Reading Company iron ore extra back in the day.
