They're talking about Chicken Manure Express and their inability to move trains without them going into emergency every time they move in the Richmond area.

Ding ding ding. 79 took 4 hrs 22 mins from DC to RVR. 89 did a little better, just 3 hrs 35 mins. But it ain't new.

I was in richmond this week. Was alot of track work going on between Staples mill and Acca yard. Looked like they were adding a 3rd and 4th track?

There's always been a 3rd track. They are adding a 4th along with a -lot- of crossovers. It's just another stage of the ongoing Acca bypass project.
