What CSX Yards are Shuting down all together and how many are being turned into Flat Switching ?

None of the yards have completely shut down. In most cases, the classification bowl tracks are mostly empty and the flat switching occurs in the receiving and departure yards.

Birmingham is under the Atlanta Division. Who is the Atlanta Division Manager and Asst. Manager now? Did Hunter clean house there?
