Propylene, not Propane, the news services are at it again! Is this contained or do they need too wait for the entire load to evaporate?

Propylene is a byproduct of natural gas processing, and less often, oil refining. It's valuable stuff, found in "wet" or "oily" natural gas and some liquids rich crude oil.
