Statute of limitations

I've got tons of photos that are funny but in no way do I want to jeopardize some ones career. May be the best bet is just to send them the photo and let them post. Thankfully Ron Rutter is retired!

That doesn't appear to be a career-threatener. Looks like a signal maintainer was parked properly beside the crossing, and the crossbuck unit was knocked off either by a shifted load or a highway traffic accident.
