Another NS Re-Route

With 3 engines and 12 cars tied down at Perry Road Crossing just north of Atlanta NS Inman Yard
NS 340 (MERIDIAN MS (KCS MSHNS) - BIRMINGHAM,ALA)

A look at the latest RPM Terminal Dwell Times shows three NS Yards Sheffield, Birmingham & Chattanooga all in double digit hours over the same week in 2016.
It has the Alabama Division all knotted up. Hopefully they will turn things around soon.

NS 340 was in Greenville SC at about 6:00 Thursday morning and was here yesterday morning too about the same time. I don't get what they are trying to do.
