On the CSX Mountain Sub, track #1 is normal Westbound and track #2 is normal Eastbound. Wednesday July 12th., MOW was working a Surfacing Unit between Cumberland, MD and Keyser, WV forcing all traffic to use track #2.

At Bull Neck Curve just east of Keyser, track #1 is at a much lower elevation than track #2 so the location favors trains using track #2.

Empty hopper train E783-12 westbound at Bull Neck Curve running wrong main. They will cross back to track #1 at Keyser.

The track in the lower part of the frame in photo #2 is the lead into the Keyser Industrial Park...
