Trains using NS trackage rights east of Chicago run the length of the Belt Railway of Chicago mainline between Cragin (on the CP side) and CP509 (on the NS side).

The intermodal pair that use CSX haulage rights east of Chicago use the Indiana Harbor Belt between Franklin Park (on the CP side) and Blue Island (on the CSX side) where they then use CSX the rest of the way out of Chicago.

You might find this useful:

Scroll down to the Canadian Pacific section. The page needs a little updating (yes, I'll do it soon). The Bensenville hump has been shut down, and CP no longer uses Schiller Park Yard.
