The traffic pattern of CSX is much different to that of CN and CP as EHH is belatedly discovering.

Much more complicated route structure than either of the Canadian roads. Once the customers find other ways of shipping, they may be reluctant to come back if they think they may get screwed over again.

There have been customers already who are saying "never again" and many have gone to Norfolk Southern where they can or to a trucking company. I do not understand why the board of directors at CSX don't do something with this man, oh but wait; are these directors all friends of him? John Date: 08/25/17 12:14 Re: WSJ article on CSX's "Epic" Traffic Jam Author: march_hare The directors are all in on the pump and dump strategy in the first place.
Problem is, he can't even make the "pump" part work. Date: 08/25/17 12:20 Re: WSJ article on CSX's "Epic" Traffic Jam Author: Lackawanna484 In fairness, neither EHH nor Mantle Ridge can sell their stock for almost five years. That doesn't fit the MO of a typical pump and dump.

They can't fire him without a very high threshold, considering the agreement they made. Date: 08/25/17 13:32 Re: WSJ article on CSX's "Epic" Traffic Jam Author: ns1000 Lackawanna484 Wrote:
