Eastern Railroad Discussion > UP 1988 The Katy unit heading back north.

Good afternoon. UP 1988 is returning back north bound from Selma NC. The train is said to be NS 65W and was said to had left last night some time. It haves a UP SD70M might be leading with 1988 2nd out and a UP Ge.Right now it is not known if the NS will send it up to the NYC or the NKP once it gets to Bellevue,ohio. On Heritage units it was last reported at Roanoke, VA around 10:30am today. just thought I would post this in case anyone is interested in seeing the 1988. I am thinking it will hit ohio sometime Saturday.

Heritage unit.com says the 65W is tied down in Roanoke, VA as of 12:20 PM est 9/16/17
