Eastern Railroad Discussion > A Day With The Lhoist B23-7'sDate: 09/26/17 06:28 A Day With The Lhoist B23-7's Author: Ohiorailfan Spent the better part of yesterday chasing the Lhoist North America's Rockwood turn with B23-7 #4023 and #4138 from Crab Orchard, Tennessee to Rockwood and back. While near the plant the other B23-7 #4021 can be seen. Enjoy!
