I am stuck here in Homer City, but our TO friend NKP715 sent the attached pics and brief update on the happenings. From NKP715:

As photos show, today was the end of the road for
the QD103 signal bridge. CSX was running trains between
(as best as I could tell) between CP89 and CP124 on track
authority as all new signals were being cut in.

I may get home by this weekend, but by then everything could be wrapped up and gone.

Got the displeasure of seeing that happen on the portion of the Water Level Route near me between Syracuse and Buffalo between 2013 and 2017... I went out a few times to get photos/video of the signal bridges being removed, but after a while I couldn't bear to watch it happen anymore... Now they're doing the same thing west of Buffalo...

March of progress I suppose...

Wow, there goes a piece of history. I sure hope a museum is getting that instead of scrap. Luckily I got it earlier this year back in Feb. Just never got to see a train run under it in person.
