Where is this car Currently @ now ?

Interesting CSX is actually operating this as a Work Train instead of Track Car. Because only one of the axles on the read truck is insulated for testing purposes many railways operated Sperry cars as Track Cars. The only time I was on CSX was the short section of the Pomeroy Sub that Conrail used. Do you know if the Sperry crew still lives in the car or if they go to hotels at night? I worked on this car for a couple months back in 1996. It has been modified since then.

They stay in hotels now.
