Birmingham, AL Radio Frequencies: CSX, BNSF, and NS

Does anyone have the BNSF, NS, and CSX radio frequencies for the Birmingham area? I'm headed there this weekend. For CSX it looks like I'll need the Boyles Terminal Sub and the S&NA South Subs. For NS looks like I'll need the West End Division, East End Division, the AGS North District and the AGS South District. Thanks!

For the CSX Boyles Terminal Sub and the S&NA South Sub, the road channel and dispatcher channels are the same.

Road channel is ch 84
Dispatcher channel is ch 74
