RJ Corman Clymer Turn (RJC-2)
Author: 611Doug

Had a pretty good St. Patrick's Day this year. Began the day by catching the Penn Central heritage unit on the west slope of the Pittsburgh Line. In the afternoon, a friend and I chased a RJ Corman Clymer Turn between Clymer and Mahaffey before we ran out of light.

Shot 1: RJC-2 crosses Vanderbilt Rd. near Flemming Loop
Shot 2: The 64 car train approaches the yard at Cherry Tree, Pa
Shot 3: At Burnside, the ex-NYC depot still stands

Notable that the godforsaken recycling dumpster is now gone from Burnside, clearing the way for that shot! Huzzah!

Cool! Thanks for posting.

How often does the Clymer Turn run these days? How about the Cherry Tree turn?

Thanks for any info.
