Eastern Railroad Discussion > Some Ohi-Rail ActionDate: 03/30/18 05:10 Some Ohi-Rail Action Author: SDP40F600 Ohi-Rail is a short line based in Minerva, Ohio, that operates over portions of former New York Central and Pennsylvania branch line trackage. I got a tip a while back that an Ohi-Rail train would be taking some tank cars from Minerva to Bayard to be interchanged to Norfolk Southern. I waited in town for the train to assemble and head out. There is no place to run around at Bayard so Ohi-Rail uses a caboose as a shoving platform. Note on the locomotive the herald of the Future Farmers of America. The Minvera chapter helped to paint the former Chesapeake & Ohio locomotive.
