Eastern Railroad Discussion > Michigan Shortlines: GLC and LSRCDate: 04/14/18 11:31 Michigan Shortlines: GLC and LSRC Author: Ohiorailfan Spent the better part of Tuesday chasing 2 Michigan Shortlines. We started in Cadillac hoping the GLC would run to Clare, but it seems to be a MWF operation. So we caught a GP38-2 and GP35 duo heading north out of Cadillac towards Petoskey. We stuck with them until they hit South Boardman. We then started towards Alpena. We arrived as the southbound train to Bay City departed with a pair of older painted GP40-2's. Enjoy!
