NS Manifest Train Question

Good Evening:

What manifest train on NS runs the furthest distance between terminals? For example, CSXT once ran a Q647/Q648 pair (not sure if they still do) between Chicago (BRC Clearing Yard) and Waycross, GA, without working enroute. Does NS run any through manifest trains between terminals on opposite ends of their system? If so, what are the typical run times?

I'm sure some out there are more qualified to answer this then me, but, off the top of my head, 15T/16T runs btw Allentown, Pa. & Birmingham, Al. Not sure if it stops and works anywhere along the way or not.

Both these trains make many stops to pick off and set off along the way

Indeed the 15/16T are practically glorified locals they seem to work everywhere down south.

Here are some I can think of:

17M/18M - Elkhart-Linwood
179 - Bellevue-Birmingham
180 - Macon-Bellevue

They all do some work enroute.

NS 145 may still run Buffalo to Kansas City.

No. 145 is now Bellevue - Kansas City. 149 is the Buffalo - Bellevue run.

not Merchandise trains, but NS ML trains 272 (KCITY - Walkertown, NC) and 285 (KCITY - Jacksonville) both run in excess of 1300 miles
