"New York Central"! Remarkable to see this! I find myself thinking that it has something to do with a current NS exec who has a family history of employment with the NYC from back at the beginning of the Cenozoic Era. (hahaha). Seriously: who has this done? I love seeing it, but I just do not comprehend its value such that someone is being employed to do it and that it is not a "glamor" loco for tourist excursions.
Just asking. ---Gerrypaul Date: 04/23/18 10:26 Re: Day 1 Vacation in Altoona PA Author: reel_smooth Gerrypaul Wrote:

The heritage SD70ACE's are numbered 1065-1074 & the ES44AC's are numbered 8098-8105, adding in one that was already built [8025] & skipping numbers up to 8114, which is the original NS paint scheme/livery. http://www.nscorp.com/content/nscorp/en/the-norfolk-southern-story/heritage-locomotives.html Edited 1 time(s).
