Deshler Ohio North West Connection.

Today around 5:30 am CSX decided to clean off the rust from the wye headed to Chicago. It was a stack train from Toledo. Did they run it this way because of Fostoria being busy or for some other reason. I do not know the symbol or the lead unit number. The last train that I saw run this way was back in November.

Is this a sign of CSX running trains this way again, let’s hope so.

I would not hold my breath...unless they decide to run some traffic that way when they cut over signals on the C&O side, but, I doubt we'll see a return of regular traffic.

Thanks, you are correct, January was the last time it was used. I mistakenly typed November. I’m not holding much hope for returning traffic however one can hope.
