CSX plans to build a major intermodal facility at Rocky Mount NC may not be dead, after all.

The economic development authority head (who has a serious stake in this) says that something may be built, and there are heavy negotiations underway. They don't want to spook the new management of CSX.

(This project was originally envisioned for the Selma NC area. They didn't want it, Rocky Mount did want it, so the project moved. It was apparently scuttled by EHH, but maybe not completely.)
