CSX Q090 in New York State

Anyone along the Water Level Route know roughly when the Q090, the CSX symbol for the Union Pacific Cold Connect reefer train, tends to arrive in Rotterdam, New York, or cruise along between Buffalo, Syracuse, and Rotterdam? Thanks in advance.

Well lately it doesn't seem to be much of a reefer train anymore... A few years ago it began carrying insulated boxcars, and the last few times I saw it, it had centerbeams and tank cars in the consist...

Q090 does go all the way to Rotterdam, but Q091 originates at Willard
