Today's NS local G11 (Jesup-Brunswick turn) at Brunswick Yard with former CSX (now GECX) C44-8W #9049 and NS SD70M-2 #2752. Also some Caterpillar tractors for export at Colonels Island and a former Southern MOW crane with idler car and N&W box car.

Are all of the CSX loco's in the 9000 range off the roster of a few as of now...

According to the Bull Sheet, only three units have been retired from the roster, 9018, 9043 & 9049. The rest of the fleet is still rostered.

Does Caterpillar ship a lot of tractors etc from Colonel's island terminal?

Nomenclature picking....the 9049 is not a cw44-8...it was nominally a CW44-9 but was derated and reclassed as a cw40-9. GE may have removed the horsepower restrictions since receiving it though.

Savannah is the primary port for shipping Caterpillar tractors, but when they get busy they ship them from Colonels Island.
