Eastern Railroad Discussion > Classic PennsyDate: 08/11/18 16:54 Classic Pennsy Author: 611Doug An ill-fated attempt to catch the Virginian Heritage Unit leading 23M on Thursday led to an even better result. Instead, I was able to shoot the PRR Heritage Unit leading 62V at two classic Pennsy locations.
1. 62V splits the intermediates at MP 151 in Port Royal, passing under the PA Rte. 75 road bridge. 2. After a mad dash, I made it to Duncannon with about 7 minutes to spare to catch 8102 crossing the stone arch bridge over Sherman's Creek. -611Eric Date: 08/11/18 16:59 Re: Classic Pennsy Author: cabsignaldrop Fantastic shot! Nicely composed.
