I was looking at Google Earth and noticed alot of containers and trains in CP's Schiller Park yard near Chicago, Did CP open it back up and is there a transfer run between there and Bensenville? TIA

They have been using Schiller Park for container storage after it was closed as an active terminal in 2012.

It was reopened as a terminal for inbound moves back in March of this year amid growth in container traffic bound for Chicago and, at the time, the pending start of international intermodal traffic from the ONE group, the merged Japanese container line.

I see ONE containers in bigger quantities on 199 leaving Bensenville each day. Would those be trucked from Schiller to Bensenville, or maybe loaded at Schiller and then moved by rail to Bensenville?

CSX's train Q166 originates at Schiller Park, and Q165 terminates there.

And that, of course, is a CP haulage train, aka CP142 eastbound to Montreal and CP143 the other way.
