I believe this is the most surprising sight I have witnessed coming through Cleveland's Collinwood yard in my 17 years on the property. Sorry for the poor image, but I had just marked off and had little time to get in position to use a borrowed camera. Image was taken at about 3:45PM 09/21/18. Consist is eastbound just having passed under E 152nd Street bridge and past the "Station W" fuel pad. Might anyone have any knowledge about the reason behind this movement?

Going to the Railtex facility in Rotterdam, New York. My understanding is that UP bought Railex within this past year or in 2017...

From what I read on Virtual Railfan ,It's on the way to Railtex in NY to drop off the passengers and return West right away Running as P090021 IIRC
