Spending some time at the milepost 151 signals in their final days, I see. Mifflin is to get its signal system revamped this weekend; if the contractors are as thorough at Port Royal as they were at Thompsontown last weekend (as shown in your shot of Amtrak on the passenger board), then these signals will be gone by early next week. The highway bridge is to be replaced in 2020.

Just an fyi, they are not doing a cut over at CP Mifflin this weekend. So the signals at MP 151 will be staying a little while longer. And this is from a NS person with good info
