This morning after church we went out chasing trains on the NS Reading line. NS 11j was in emergency at the village of Hancock. so they ran H68 on the opposing track to Blandon in order to pass him. While he passed the 11J I got pics of 4 old railroad name cars. We had Soo Line, Norfolk western. Delaware & Hudson and Southern railway. Then we saw him again at Blandon.
We then saw an Eastbound on the Blandon Low grade at Temple Station for the BM&R. After that we had Veterans day lunch at the Mission BBQ restaurant in Wyomissing. then we headed up to Bowers and we saw the NS 18N doing track speed. (Im pretty sure he was doing 60mph. One more westbound at Bowers and we then headed home to rake leaves. A good Sunday rail fanning. Jim.
