What train did I see on NS Buffalo Line this pm

Stopped waiting for ok to go, either over Rockville Bridge into Enola or down the main twds fuel pad and points east. NS 2643-NS 3642 were leading. All tank cars with 1267 placards. Don't ever recall seeing a train like this on the Buffalo Line. Perhaps a detour? Did get a few shots but they are on camera. Thnks Ben

i don'twhat the train No. is but this Placard 1267 is PETROLEUM CRUDE OIL Class 3

Probably was shoved onto the Buffalo Line to get out of the way until a re-crew was available.

Or possibly a unit train that was being stored on the WNYP or the likes.

this was an NS 67X that had operated west from NJ and was stored north of Rockville
