Can anyone confirm the plans of NS to close Motor yard  (in Macedonia OH)  adjacent the abandoned Ford stamping plant in Walton Hills OH?  Locals would now come out of Rockport (Cleveland terminal)  by Hopkins airport. I'll try to get a definitive answer by tomorrow morning.

The answer is Motor closed more than 3 weeks ago.  The Macedonia car shop is done as well.  Fairlane Yard is done as well.  This is all in response to the ahole shareholders demanding more profit from a very profitable operation.  And on top of this, the dispatchers union rolled over no relocation package for the people moved to Atlanta.  Only 9 went from I think the Dearborn Div (Maybe the Lake Div) Anyway this is absolutely first hand information. What's crazy, they have more work than ever with CSX's business.  Lots more coming down the track.

Thanks for the info.   Is the Conrail painted caboose heading to Rockport?    The falsehoods of PSR just keeps getting passed down thanks to the perceived results from CSX on wall street.
