1) Q316-07 eastbound crossing the Potomac River between Blomington, MD and Beryl, WV .... 2) First seeing a set of well cars in a Q316. The back story was they were sent to a shop in Parkersburg, WV for repairs and were being returned to Cumberland, MD on Q316.... 3) After making their pickup in Keyser, WV.
