Black is terrible and always looks filthy , you cant keep up with the cleaning so mostly they dont. Its a cheap paint job but it really looks grimmy all the time unless its fresh washed or paint which is rare. . That yellow schemme is really nice go with it or something similar. Certain colors on locomotives just always look dirty and unkempt . JMHO.And clean the graffitti and spend the money for the security.
