Today''s NS 211 & 212

These two run Altanta-Croxton (Secaucus, N.J.) and reverse.

Here's the 211 (heading for Atlanta) with a GEVO 8005 and a pair of UP's on NS's Lehigh line at

Phillipsburg, New Jersey.

And here's the Croxton bound 212. It usually has a few autoracks behind the head end, not today though.

NS EMD SD80MAC 7228 has the point at Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
The 7228 was Conrail 4128 and before that it was EMDX 8000.

How have I missed that little track in previous P-Burg photos? Is there a minature railroad located there?

They operate around holidays check webpage. Recently unveiled an L&HR refurbished caboose(1:1 scale).

That little railroad was once part of the Henry Becker Dairy Farm in Roseland NJ. Mr Becker made generations of kids happy.
